Will AIPAC-Obama sanctions clash dent pro-Israel lobby’s clout?

WASHINGTON (JTA) — In previous AIPAC vs. White House dustups, the pro-Israel lobbying group’s strategy was to speak softly and let Congress carry the big stick.
